Bills & Income Displaying Erroneous Items

Question

From the Dashboard screen in the iOS app, the Bills & Income box always has shown upcoming or late bills and income.

It presently shows a few dozen past payments, many of which are a year old or older, despite already having linked payments.

Also, in addition to Bill or Income series, it also shows an individual transaction for which no bill or series exists.

Am I alone? Is this a feature or a bug?

The issue you're encountering sounds identical to the issue in this Community Alert:

If you are affected by the issue described in the alert, then the fix is expected in the 6.39.1 mobile release.

Which version of the app are you using? The alert indicates that the updated version should be available soon if it isn't already available.

Interesting addendum:

The past, linked transactions do not seem to appear when accessing Simplifi Business & Personal on the PC. However, the single $2.49 transaction appears as a reminder on both platforms despite the lack of an associated series.

Here goes.

Here are a few random transactions from a year or more ago.

Here are a few more recent ones - including income.

Tapping any of them shows that there indeed is a linked transaction - which should preclude it/them from displaying.

Here's the truly bizarre one. It's a transaction for which no Bill or Income series exists.

Tapping the $2.49 item presents this dialog box…

Note that it apples to a transaction. Selecting edit transaction brings up the detail for it - which seeems to be a payment that has posted but not yet cleared.

Any insight you can offer would be much appreciated as this isn't a tremendous confidence builder.
