Reconciliation Showing an Incorrect Balance Despite Matching Transactions (Edited)

I followed "Jacobs" answers to get my account to rebalance (reconciling all the way back to the beginning). I did that, and it was okay the next month (August), just as he/she said, except it said I was off 60 cents. This month all of my entries are on my bank statement and vice versa, but now it says I'm $2,000+ off. What is going on here? I don't know how to correct it this time.
