US Treasury Bonds are Not Displaying correctly on Portfolio Tab

I purchased a US Treasury Bill. On the balances tab and the net worth tab it is calculating correctly at +/- $25,000. However on the "Portfolio" tab, it is showing the value as $2,500,000. This is clearly a glitch in the Simplifi software that needs to be addressed. I tried chatting, but the bot just ended the converation and gave me a feedback survey link.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry the chat experience didn’t get you the help you needed.

Since the value is displaying correctly in the Balances and Net Worth tabs but is significantly overstated in the Portfolio tab, we’d like to take a closer look at the holding information.

Could you please provide screenshots of:

The Portfolio tab showing the incorrect $2,500,000 value and the Treasury holding
The Holdings details for the Treasury Bill, including the security name/symbol and quantity
The corresponding Balances tab showing the approximately $25,000 value

Please make sure to cover any sensitive account information in the screenshots.

Once we have those details, we can investigate further and determine whether this needs to be escalated to our product/technical team.

Thanks again for providing the screenshot! Let’s try a few standard troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the Treasury Bill value displaying correctly.

First, is the account that holds this Treasury Bill currently connected to a specific financial institution in Quicken Simplifi? If so, we can try creating a new connection to that financial institution, which may help Quicken Simplifi to pull the account and holdings information again and recalculate the values.

If the account is connected to a financial institution, please try the following:

Update Quicken Simplifi and make sure your device itself is also updated.
If the issue persists, please make the account manual using the steps here:
How to Make an Account Manual
Reconnect the account using + Add Account.
When Quicken Simplifi finds the existing account, be sure to link it to the existing manual account rather than creating a new account. The steps for linking are here:
How to Link Accounts

This will essentially create a fresh connection and can help obtain a new set of calculations for the investment data.

Once the account is reconnected and linked, please check the Portfolio tab again and let us know if it is still showing the incorrect value.

If by any chance the account is manual, could you please check the transaction/holding for this Treasury Bill and confirm whether the quantity is entered as 25,000? If so, it may need to be entered as 250 instead.

Please let us know what you find, and we can go from there. If you want to attach more screenshots so we can better understand the issue, that would be perfect.

I did the above. When I made it manual, I was able to update the price from 98.xx to 0.98xx and everything was fine. When I linked back to the manual account, the price went back to the 98.xx and the values are again incorrect.

Thanks for testing that and for providing those additional details. That helps narrow this down.

Since the Treasury Bill displays correctly when the account is manual and the price is entered as 0.98xx, but the price changes back to 98.xx as soon as the account is linked/reconnected, this appears to be related to how the connected investment data is being received or calculated.

When contacting them, please mention that you already tested the account as manual and confirmed that the Portfolio value is correct when the price is manually set to 0.98xx, but reconnecting/linking the account changes it back to 98.xx.
