Bank of Lexington FDP-350 Error (Edited)

Get message that Bank of Lexington (BoL) is asking me to re-enter my credentials. (Care code: FDP-350). When I re-enter my credentials at BoL using WebOS, i am switched to the Simplifi Mobile app. I am unable to re-enter my credentials via WebOS or Mobile.

Hi @Jlexky,

I'm sorry you're having trouble reconnecting your Bank of Lexington account. The FDP-350 error indicates that your connection may need to be reauthorized.

Since you're being redirected to the Simplifi Mobile app when attempting to re-enter your credentials, please try signing in to Quicken Simplifi from a computer browser and see if you're able to reconnect the account there.

This account is now showing “Account disconnected” in Settings. How do I reconnect the account without losing several years of history? I had this happen earlier this year with investment accounts and lost all history!

Reconnecting the account should not cause it to lose history. I can't see what happened last time, but the most likely cause of lost history is deleting an account instead of disconnecting it. If you accidentally add the account as new instead of linking it to the existing account, the newly added account will have only the history the financial institution makes available, but the history will still be present in the original account.

To reconnect and link the account, please follow these steps from our article on adding accounts and our article on linking accounts:

Adding a Connected Account

From the Dashboard, click + New next to the Account List.
Search for your financial institution and select it.
Review the consent message and click Continue.
Enter your financial institution credentials and click Connect.
Review the accounts found. For each account, Quicken Simplifi displays:
1. Account Name
2. Account Type
3. The action Quicken Simplifi will take for that account.
Open the Action drop-down menu and select the existing account you want to link to the account found at the financial institution.
1. Important: If you leave Action set to Add as New (No Link), Quicken Simplifi will create a duplicate account.
Ignore accounts you don't want to add
If there's an account you don't want to connect, uncheck the box next to it.

Thank you very much for your quick response! I completed steps 1-4 under “Adding a Connected Account.” At step 5, when I click “Allow” on my bank’s website, I get a spinning circle that never ends. FYI… I am using Simplifi WebOS on Chrome. Any suggestions? Thanks!

@Jlexky, thanks for giving those steps a try and posting back!

If you can't continue with the linking process because the circle keeps spinning, try a different browser or incognito/private mode in case something in your primary browser is interfering with the connection. If it works from a different location, you may need to clear your primary browser's cache and cookies. You can also try from the Quicken Simplifi mobile app to see if you get better results there.
