Freezing after the latest app update (edited)

after the last app update i can no longer:

access any selection as the refresh keeps spinning. Essentially the home page is frozen. I can scroll but unable to select anything

If i am able to access the hamburger in the upper left and select it gets stuck

i am on IOS 27.0.1 and simplifi 6.40.0

I have the same software on an iPhone 14 Plus.

I assume you can access your data in the web app?

Some steps to try (if you haven't already):

Reboot the phone.

Uninstall the Simplifi app and reinstall. (Rebooting again after uninstalling before reinstalling wouldn't hurt.)

update: it’s still rather sticky. I had to uninstall, restart iPhone, and reinstall simpifi 2x. In the most recent app open, it skipped past Face ID

there is definitely an issue going on here

and is now stuck here

Well, darn. Sorry to hear. Do you have a new iPhone? Have you checked in the web app or iPad? Just some information the coaches will need when they come online and will start to file a bug report. You'll be loaded for bear.

I don't use the phone app all that much but seems to be working for me so may be an incompatibility with your phone. iOS 27 is still rather new and I've had some strange stuff happen on my phone (not with Simplifi app). 27.1 should be coming soon; that update usually fixes a lot of bugs.

But none of this means that Simplifi phone app doesn't has a bug.
