Cenlar Mortgage Showing a Positive Balance (Edited)

My Cenlar mortgage is coming up as a positive, not negative balance, completely throwing off the total net worth. Any way to flip to be a negative that I owe vs an asset?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure Quicken Simplifi and your device's operating system are fully up to date.
Make the Cenlar mortgage account manual by following these steps.
Once the account is manual, reconnect it by selecting + Add Account and follow the prompts to link it back to your existing account. Be sure to link it to the existing account to avoid creating duplicates. You can find instructions here.

If the issue persists, please let us know whether the balance previously displayed correctly and share a screenshot of the account in Quicken Simplifi, covering any sensitive or personal information.
