Save us the tedium of selecting all accounts one at a time to see a complete financial projection.

I moved this out of Feature Requests for now so we can gain a clearer understanding of what specifically you're looking for in Quicken Simplifi. Are you referring to the Bills & Income > Cash Flow section? If so, it looks like this little box at the top allows you to select and deselect all accounts with a single click:
