New Recurring Series not showing up in reminders (edited)

This was working yesterday, and is not working today.

Web App

Steps:

Settings→All Recurring
+ Series
Add Manually
Payee Name: "(Manual) Transfer→Four Leaf Savings", Account: Chase Total Checking, Category: Four Leaf Savings.Amount $200
Frequency & Occurence→Every month→10/21/2026 next→3rd Wednesday
Go to Accounts→Chase Total Checking or Four Leaf Savings, 6 month view, notice there are no instances of this transfer

Updating Dollar amount on an existings series (or a start date for a series) also doesn't seem to be working.. Something's not right.

BTW: I know i haven't been posting much here lately, the reality is everything's been working well enough for me until today.

Also, I am going through ANOTHER bankruptcy (last one was 8 years ago), and I am balancing accounts a little differently now that I am not making credit card payments (for example, putting money into savings)

Ok, the amount and date changes did take effect, but it took a few minutes, maybe I should wait longer after putting that manual recurring transfer in and see if it shows up. It used to be near instant, maybe there's a refresh delay now.

So far, it's been at least 5 minutes and the new recurring series has not shown up yet, I am still being patient before deleting it.

It's been about 10 minutes now, and even the mobile app is not showing it in the carousel of upcoming transactions - meanwhile it does show in the mobile app under settings→recurring series

I tried taking out special characters and renamed it to "Manual Transfer To Four Leaf Savings" and that also doesn't seem to be working any better.

I created a one time payment series for a bonus check I'm expecting to get. See series below:

However, it is not showing up as a reminder for the account. You can also see there is no "coming up" reminder:

When looking at other series (recurring and one-time ones), they all have an amount listed in the "Next:" - but this one doesn't - see below:

Items attempted:

Turning on and off exclusions for the one-time payment
Changing the amount and adding a + to it
Changing category to transfer and back

This preventing me from accurately using the "Cash Flow" feature

I am having the same issue. I contacted support and they stated it's a bug. No ETA on resolution.

just for the record, I took another look for other apps that forecast based on recurring transactions. I basically couldn’t find any. I thought I found one, but it required an existing payee which won’t always be the case. This is the one reason I use quicken, my renewal date is Jan. 1,mostly because I used to be a super user in this forum, please don’t break it.

I just searched the App Store for “financial management” and quicken was nowhere to be found, surprising.

I'm now seeing the new recurring series pop up in reminders on the web app! Solved for me.

@MishaM Thank you for pointing this out - I had to delete the recurring series I created when it was broken, then recreate it, and now it is showing

I did find another issue @Coach Aldair, not sure if it's related. I had an existing series that was set to begin in a few months. When I changed the start date to an earlier one, it didn't save - kept showing the original start date after I click "Update".

I documented something similar further back in this thread, give it a few minutes and see if it updates later (?) that seemed to work for me.

I created a new recurring yesterday that showed up today and then this morning I created another one, and it showed up immediately, so maybe they've made some changes?

@MishaM I had some recurring series yesterday that I couldn't edit, but I finally was able to edit the name anyhow. I didn't need to change the dates though.
