This issue has been going on since July. I rely on Simplifi for my business. To have not fixed this issue for two and a half months is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my Simplifi subscription tomorrow.
Hello @Some Person,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the disruption to the WSECU connection following their recent website update. I understand how important reliable access is, and I regret that this issue has not yet been resolved.

I'm experiencing this same issue and have already contacted Quicken support. While I appreciate the three-month subscription extension they provided, I'm increasingly concerned about the lack of meaningful progress toward restoring WSECU connectivity.
This issue has been ongoing since July. Website changes are foreseeable, and nearly three months without a resolution or substantive progress update raises serious concerns about Quicken's ability to maintain its core services.
Is Quicken actively working toward a resolution? What measurable progress has been made, and is there a realistic expectation that WSECU connectivity will be restored?
I'm not looking for another general assurance that the team is working diligently. I'm asking for an actual status update.
