My PayPal cash account balance now shows the amount on my PayPal Master card account as a positive balance. This is not correct. My cash balance should be zero. My master card balance is correct.

@taxman3349, thanks for reaching out!
To clarify, are you saying that you have two separate PayPal accounts in Quicken Simplifi — a Cash account and a Credit Card account? And your Cash account has an incorrect balance in Quicken Simplifi? And that balance is actually the balance of the separate Credit Card account, but as a positive number instead of negative?
Please let us know so we can offer the best guidance!
Correct, PayPal by default offers a cash account where money can be deposited and it is a pass through for any other accounts connected to PayPal. These can be credit cards or bank accounts. It also offers a separate PayPal Mastercard that acts as a normal credit card. My PayPal credit card has a balance on it and my cash account currently has no money in it, but it shows a positive balance that replicates my credit card. For example, my master card has a balance of -$2000 and my cash account (which is empty at the moment) shows +$2000. Thanks.
@taxman3349, thanks for confirming that the Cash Account has an incorrect balance in Quicken Simplifi!
To begin troubleshooting this, I'd recommend establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank. Here are the steps to do so:
If that doesn't work, please take a look through the information outlined in our help article here to see if you can identify any potential culprits, such as the wrong balance type being selected: https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4202003-how-to-resolve-balance-discrepancies-in-quicken-simplifi#h_947fe003ca
Since your situation is unique, with the Cash Account balance matching the Mastercard account balance, just inverted, the article likely won't apply, but we want to make sure we're covering all bases.
