There is another issue with connecting to Prudential. This time, I do not get a code when I receive the error message.

We are unable to connect to Prudential Financial Investor Annuities at this time.

When checking your connection attempts from our end, I’m seeing an FDP-103 error, which indicates invalid credentials are being used. Do you see this error on your end as well, or are you only seeing the not.found care code?

Seems like this is an existing connection; let's first establish a completely fresh connection to confirm the error:

1. Make all accounts connected to Prudential manual by following the steps here.
2. Once the accounts appear under Settings > Accounts > Manual Accounts, go through the Add Account process to reconnect to Prudential.
3. If the connection is successful, carefully link the accounts found to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts.

If the FDP-103 error persists, please try the following:

1. Verify the correct Prudential connection: Confirm you're selecting the correct bank instance when connecting.
2. Verify your login information: Manually type your password or PIN into a text application to check for typos, then copy and paste it into Quicken Simplifi.
3. Verify your login on Prudential's website: Sign in using the same credentials to confirm they work and that your account isn't locked.
4. Check for an app-specific password: Contact Prudential to confirm whether an app-specific password is required for third-party connections.
5. Update your credentials: Try temporarily changing your password on Prudential's website, then reconnect in Quicken Simplifi. We recommend avoiding these special characters: &, <, >, /, and \.
