How do you connect to it if it doesn't show up in the "known financial institutions" list?
Could you please share the URL you use to log in to your Washington State Deferred Compensation Program account? This will help us check whether there's a matching financial institution option available in Quicken Simplifi.
I log in here: https://drsmemberaccess.drs.wa.gov and then go to a link that takes me to the Voya site here: https://my.voya.com/myvoyageui

I found a bank option in Quicken Simplifi that matches the website you use to sign in. It's listed as Washington State DRS. Please try that option and let us know how it goes!
