Can't add American Express account to Simplifi in Canada

I've seen some posts about issues with AMEX but not too much about issues in Canada. Any idea why I can't add my AMEX card to my Simplifi account? This has been an issue since my initial subscription and without all my transactions, I'll be looking for other solutions.

Hi @rockrobster,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Make sure your device's operating system and Quicken Simplifi app are up to date.
If you're connecting through a web browser, try using a different browser or a private/incognito window, as certain browser extensions may interfere with the authorization process.
Sign out of Quicken Simplifi and sign back in.

If you're still unable to connect to American Express after trying these steps, please let us know so we can determine the next steps.
