Apple Wallet Account Duplication (Edited)

Hello - I got a new iPhone, and went to re-enable the apple wallet. In that process the Apple Savings account and Apple Cash account are now duplicated and the old account is showing an error. Is there a way to link them together?

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're running into this after getting your new iPhone. Yes, you can link the new Apple Wallet accounts to your existing accounts in Quicken Simplifi to avoid duplicates and preserve your transaction history.

Please try the following steps:

1. Make your existing Apple Wallet accounts manual in Quicken Simplifi by going to Menu > Settings > Accounts, clicking the three-dot menu next to each Apple Wallet account, and selecting Make manual.
2. On your new iPhone, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Wallet and make sure Quicken Simplifi has Allow All Activity enabled.
3. In the Quicken Simplifi mobile app, go to Menu > Accounts > +, select Apple Wallet, and follow the prompts to add your accounts.
4. When prompted, select the pencil icon next to each account, choose the existing account from the Link to dropdown, and tap Update and Confirm.

Please be careful not to delete either account until you've confirmed which one is the duplicate, as deleting an account can permanently remove its history.
