It's not off by much, but I've noticed that balances in my net worth report don't always line up with my market value in the portfolio tab. Is there a lag of some sort?

Great question! There can be differences between these figures due to how and when investment balances are updated in Quicken Simplifi. Connected investment account balances come from your financial institution, while the Investments tab calculates market value using the latest available share prices. These updates may not happen at the same time.
