BankFund Credit Union (bfsfcu.org) no longer updating - FDP-105 error (edited)

In early October 2026, Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union (BFSFCU) updated its login website. Since then, Simplifi won't update my BFSFCU accounts. The login address is: https://bfsfcu.org/connect/new-digital-banking.html

At first, the error in Simplifi was FDP-163. Now, the error in Simplifi is FDP-105.

Can Simplifi Support please address this issue?

I checked your connection events with BankFund Credit Union in our internal systems and confirmed the FDP-105 error. It looks like this has been occurring for several days. Is that correct?

The recommended troubleshooting steps for this error include waiting 48 hours for the issue to resolve. I also noticed that BankFund Credit Union is currently displaying a connection error banner in Quicken Simplifi, so this issue may already be known and under investigation. However, I'd still recommend contacting Support in case further investigation or reporting is needed.

FYI - The credit union migrated to a new online platform on Oct. 20 and since then the connection is broken. I contacted Simplifi support yesterday to log this.
