Sync updated split amounts to all reminders in a recurring series

When I update the principal/interest split in a recurring loan payment series, the change applies to the series and the outgoing reminder, but existing reminders in the receiving account keep the old split amount. Right now, each reminder must be edited individually to reflect the new split. This becomes tedious when the loan payment changes frequently. It would be very helpful if updates to a recurring series’ split automatically synchronized to all existing reminders in the series.

Thank you for coming to the Community to share your feedback! To clarify, do you want to change past reminders in your register, or reminders for the current or future dates that you marked as paid? If the rate changes frequently, wouldn't automatically changing all instances of that reminder that are in the register cause past reminders that were under a different rate to be incorrect?

While we don't currently have a process that changes reminders already entered in your register, you can update the recurring series prior to entering the reminders.
