Monthly Budget Reverted to Old amounts and accounts with Rollovers set up all distorted

Hi, this afternoon when I went to check my account I noticed that the spending plan amount looked off from yesterday. While investigating, it appears that any planned budget amount that has be changed at any point in the last couple of years has reverted to the original amounts. Additionally, any category that is set up with a rollover rule is completely wrong and has messed up any history in past months as well as the current month

One or two budget categories where the planned amounts reverted to older values.
An example of a category with a rollover rule that is now displaying incorrect amounts.
How the affected categories looked before the changes, if you have any previous screenshots available.
