Ability to minimize Support Chat (edited)

When chatting with someone from Simplifi, the chat box in the lower right hand corner is very disruptive.  There's only an "X" button to close out the chat, but there doesn't seem to be a way to minimize it. Can you please add a minimize button?

    Just ran into this too. Need a minimize option. Although afterwards, it seemed you could click X and the conversation stayed alive. But a visible minimize icon is needed!
