John Hancock Pensions Missing

I have a 401k plan with John Hancock. I see there Financial Services and Annuities both listed. Not sure what these web addresses go to but I want to be able to login at https://www.jhancockpensions.com/ for my 401k Access

    Hi @ljrezn -- Our provider confirmed you should be able to add your accounts by selecting the "John Hancock Financial Services " instance in Simplifi's add account process. Can you try adding your account using that instance? If you receive an error, can you provide me with the error message? Thank you!
