Ability to Create a Recurring Series from an Upcoming Transaction (edited)

I would like to suggest the ability to create a recurring series from an upcoming transaction. Currently, the scheduled date has to arrive in order for the transaction to appear in the all transactions list. Only then can it be designated as a bill or recurring income.
