Mobile App: Redirect back to Planned Spending page after creating a Planned Spending Item (edited)

When creating a one-time or monthly expense, selecting the create button takes you to the add expense page. It would seem more intuitive to return to the planned spending page to see and verify the newly added expense.

This appears to be completed as of the 3.11.0 Mobile Release!
