Sync Crypto.com debit card transactions

Crypto.com uses Metropolitan Commercial Bank for their range of debit cards.  Card holders have an account number and use MCB's routing number, so syncing transactions should be possible.

We are working to establish this connection in Simplifi, however, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to support a requested bank.

    I would definitely appreciate this addition, as I use crypto.com card as the regular credit card in my day to day life
