Add feature to transfer funds from one goal to another

The following idea came out of the "bug" reported here:

In order to avoid the scenario outlined in the bug, one solution would be to create a new feature that allows the transfer of funds from one goal to another.
Priorities in life change. The user may want to reallocate money being saved for next year's "Vacation" goal into this year's "Holiday Spending" goal.
Having the option to easily shift these funds (without affecting the Spending Plan) would be appreciated.
The current way to do this would be to withdraw funds "for other reason" from one Goal and contribute it to another. The issue with this is the contribution to the new goal then counts against the Spending Plan.

Seconding this! I've been doing a lot of shifting funds around, and I thought it was just tedious, but now I seem to have irrevocably screwed one goal up.

I mean, this can be done manually (withdraw and add) but a Transfer Goal option seems like a simple enough change that might improve the experience. It got my vote, even if not a prriority for me.
