What does this mean?

    Thank you for taking the time to report this to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Northeast Credit Union in Simplifi.

    It looks like a 530 error is an authentication error. For this particular error, we do want to allow at least 24 hours for the issue to self-resolve. If you're still experiencing trouble connecting after 24 hours, please let us know and include the following information:
    • Is the error occurring on an existing account or when attempting to connect to the bank for the first time?
    • How long has the error been occurring?
