The add account option for Wayfair tries to connect it to Comenity but they do not manage the card anymore. The new URL for login is:

Thank you for reporting this to the Community!

It looks like Wayfair through CitiRetailServices has already been officially requested from our end. With that said, I have gone ahead and turned this into a Missing Financial Institution post so that it can be updated accordingly as any new information is received on the connection.
