Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to UBS OneSource in Simplifi.
A 101 error indicates that the bank is temporarily throttling connection traffic, which means that they're limiting the number of successful connections. For this particular error, we do want to allow at least 48 hours for the issue to self-resolve. More details on a 101 error can be found here.
Additionally, it looks like there are some authentication steps that need to be taken for UBS before connecting in Simplifi; our Support Article here has the steps to do so. Also, it looks like there are a few options listed in Simplifi for UBS OneSource, so I'd definitely suggest giving some of the options a try as well.
