Pin "Uncategorized" to the top of Filters (edited)

This is a small thing, but it would be super helpful in speeding up random data entry.
Half the time I find myself filtering the transaction register, it is to find and fix uncategorized transactions. With Simplifi as is, this is a four step operation. It could be brought down to one step by pinning "Uncategorized" to the top of the default Categories filter.
It would look something like this in Simplifi...
For a small business we run, we use Wave Accounting - not a competitor of Simplifi's - and this is what their filter options look like. Note that "Uncategorized" is pinned to the top.
