TIAA Prompting for 2 factor every time

I've had our TIAA retirement account setup for several months with 2 factor enabled. Within the last week I've started getting prompted to enter my 2 factor code via SMS every time I sync data. Is someone looking into this so I don't have to keep authenticating with 2 factor in simplifi?

Thanks for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that your MFA prompts from TIAA have increased in Simplifi.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the MFA requests made by your various banks in Simplifi, as these are made by the banks directly. The only thing we can recommend is checking with your bank to see if you can possibly lower the MFA requirements. More details on this can be found here.
