Option to deduct Savings Goal contributions from regular balance totals (edited)

Hi, Money set aside/earmarked in a savings goal is already spent, just at a later time. It would be nice if this earmarked spending was [deducted from] the balance totals. At first glance one would believe they have a lot more to spend than they actually do. I know there is an available balance in the sidebar and in account view, but the total balance would seem more accurate if the earmarked spending was excluded from it. Perhaps a 3rd balance option in addition to "Bank Balance" and "Balance with Pending" or have balance with pending include the savings goals.

I get what you are saying and I added my vote but I would want this to be a selectable option as you mention in your last sentence.  And I wouldn't want such a feature to affect my reported net worth.
