Mobile App: 24/48 hours pause before showing "Fix It" option for trouble connections (edited)

Many of my connections are notorious for going down for days at a time for apparently no reason. Maybe server maintenance on the remote end. Perhaps it would be possible to delay showing the "Fix It" button on mobile so it does not show immediately, or provide a message stating the server is down for maintenance no action needed. One can get into an infinite loop of pressing "Fix It" with no success, just back to showing the "Fix It" button again. Currently one is lead to believe there is something they can do to fix the remote issue, this is definitely not the case. Time stamp with valid as of date would be helpful.
