While I can see that comenity bank has lots of accounts in Simplifi for different brands and I have tried to force use something say like BlueNile - you can not use them because the entire end of the URL is different based on the brand comenity representing.  Here is the requirement for Bread - https://d.comenity.net/ac/breadcashback/public/home
