Prompted with Get Started message at login (edited)

Regular user of the app over the past 1.5 years. Today when logging in I've randomly been hit with the "welcome to simplifi. Click here to get started" prompt. All of my data and accounts appear connected still, but support can't tell me how to proceed... I don't want to proceed if it's going to overwrite my data. Anyone else have or have had the same issue?

Getting frustrated as this is the 4th or 5th issue over the last two weeks... None of which have been resolved.

    Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this behavior in Simplifi. 

    I haven't personally heard of this issue happening, however, other users may come along with feedback for you. At this time, it does look like this issue was already escalated, so we're just waiting to hear back from the Product Team so we can advise you on how to proceed. 

    We appreciate your patience as this is being researched!
