Stuck on "working our magic" screen.

Been stuck on this working our magic screen for about 2 hours now on the simplifi app. Starting to think this isn't normal. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? I have a month before the subscription goes through I don't wanna wait a while month to use this app

Suggestion: Try incognito/in-private mode on your web browser, this will simulate clearing cookies/cache for that session. If it works there, you may need to clear cookies/cache in your browser.

Sadly I'm using the mobile app. I guess I can try it on my browser. I'll Check that out and be back0
