Ability to organize MFA prompts when updating accounts (edited)

Right now that's how it happens if more than one account needs MFA (2-factor authentication):

- Simplifi prompts how you wish to get codes for all of such accounts, those prompts appear with no system one by one
- Simplifi displays another set of prompts to request codes from user, those prompts appear on the screen in some sequence that is not really aligned with user expectations.

If you requested more than one account to provide you MFA code you need to be very attentive as the code you get first might not be the code that Simplifi wants you to put first. Evenmore, you might receive a code for Bank A but Simplifi now requests you to enter a code for Bank B and only after it asks for Bank A.

You can not 'skip' any prompt without canceling authentication for this account, you can not enter in a sequence you prefer.

I'd suggest to organize it the way that Bank B is requested only after Bank A meaning:
- Simplifi asks how to send code for Bank A, after confirmation waits for this code
- user gets Bank A code and enters it to Simplifi
- Simplifi goes to the next bank

So, there will be no confusion.

An alternative solution is to allow user enter codes in the order user prefers (or in the order they are delivered as there might be delays). That means allowing to switch between prompts without canceling them.

Finally, current pop ups slow down the system (Safari browser) and might be not responsive for a minute or so.
