How do I cancel my account I opened today by paying with a credit card. I won't be using Simplifi ever.

I have gone ahead and processed a refund and your Simplifi Subscription has been fully canceled. You can expect to see the money back within 5-7 business days.

Thank you for posting your request to the Community, although we're sorry to see you go!
Using the email address that's associated with your Community Profile, it looks like your auto-renew was already disabled, so the Subscription was canceled to where you won't be charged again. However, we do offer a 30-day refund period and would be happy to refund you and cancel your Subscription effective immediately -- is this what you'd like to do?
