Error FDP-102 with cfnc.org - College Foundation of NC (edited)

I'm trying to connect accounts from cfnc.org (provider of 529 accounts in North Carolina). I can log-in with no problem through their website, but trying to connect through Simplifi consistently results in an error with Care Code = FDP-102.

    Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to College Foundation of NC in Simplifi. 

    Using the email address that's associated with your Community Profile, I am seeing that this issue was already escalated from an interaction you had with Chat Support. Once an update becomes available, the original Agent you worked with will be in touch.
