Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I apologize you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Citi in Simplifi.
Unfortunately, we have a known issue with Citi returning 102 errors that has been going on for quite some time now. We have an Alert available here that can be followed for updates. As mentioned in the Alert, the issue is mainly occurring in the mornings, so we recommend attempting to add and update your Citi accounts later on in the day or outside of peak hours.
