Citibank and Citi Cards returns a 192 error

Does anyone know how to get it fixed? I cannot link my citi account to the bookkeeping... I have tried to turn on and turn off two authentication in my citi account, it doesn't help. Any workaround suggested?

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Citi in Simplifi. 

Sadly, we have a known issue regarding Citi returning a 192 error. We have an Alert available here that can be followed for updates. In the meantime, the only thing we can suggest is disabling MFA with Citi directly to see if you can then connect in Simplifi; I'm sorry to hear that this didn't work for you.

I cannot believe the issue with a main bank has been here for almost one year and it is sooo good that we have a ticket to track it
