Transactions not loading

I cannot seem to get my new transactions to download. I have tried refreshing, signing out and signing back in, and reconnecting my accounts. Nothing after 1/13 is loading.

    Thank you for posting to the Community regarding this issue, although I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with downloading transactions in Simplifi. 

    Would you mind providing a bit more information, please, such as the name of the bank, how long the account has been connected, when the issue began, the type of account it is, etc? 

    The more information you provide will allow us to better assist. :smile:
