Unable to connect to CMG Mortgage

This has been the case for at least four months now.

I recall there used to be an active alert for the "Loan Administration" provider, but I can't find it anymore.

Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to connect to CMG Mortgage in Simplifi. 

It looks like you're receiving a 155 error with CMG Mortgage, which means that the financial institution is blocking us. Although there is no longer an Alert for the issues with mortgage accounts, the issue is still ongoing and has been added to our list of Known Issues. 

Mortgage Accounts with Multiple Financial Institutions

At this time, we are being blocked by multiple mortgage companies. Unfortunately, we don't have a list to provide of the various banks, nor do we have a resolution in sight. If a mortgage company is blocking us, you'll receive a 155 error when attempting to connect in Simplifi. At this time, nothing further can be done from our end, however, we do suggest contacting your bank directly to make them aware of the issue.
