Make categories in both the Spending Plan and the Category List drag and drop movable.

I'd like to be able to drag and drop my categories so that I can arrange them in the order that I like.  At the moment, I have to put a '*' in front of Income to get it to the top (* Income).  I then have to number each category (2 Food, 3 Household, 4 Etc) so that it falls in line with the order that I want from most important to least.   It would be infinitely easier if I could just arrange them by dragging and dropping.   Thanks.

I also found an Idea post requesting the ability to rearrange Planned Spending items, which I'm assuming is what you're referring to when it comes to moving Categories in the Spending Plan: https://community.simplifimoney.com/discussion/2272/ability-to-sort-rearrange-planned-spending-items-edited/p1?new=1
