I'm unable to view my data from OneAmerica. It's listed in the financial institution list, but has the wrong web address.

Any update on this bank request?1

Hi there,
Sadly, at this time we don't have an ETA on when we'll be able to connect with this bank. I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but as soon as I have an update, I'll post on this thread.
Thank you! --Coach Nicole

This issue is still not fixed! Simplifi account rep (Coach Juan) I chatted with today said that Simplifi login system/site they're using is actually pointed to "One American Bank" (https://www.oneamerica.com/login", same link user @laur notes above) agent confirmed that this change is all that's needed to make this work properly in Simplifi, and someone on their end just needs to change the link. Please do this so we can access our retirement accounts in Simplifi!

Still can't log in to OneAmerica, problem seems the same. Chatted with Coach Karl this morning, and he stated that the team is hard at work on the problem and that I'd still just have to keep checking and attempting to log in without a target resolution date. I really do think they just need to change the login page where credentials are sent.

I'm here as a new user of Simplifi migrating from Mint, and have the same problem/same need. I need access to my retirement account through OneAmerica, and not the "OneAmerica Retirement" which is currently the only option. Please work on this, otherwise using Simplifi to track my finances will be more difficult than it was with Mint!

It’s not a good sign that this is an ongoing issue since January 2020. I’m not a software engineer, but it seems to me that if a problem is persistent for 4 years it doesn’t project confidence. I’ll keep monitoring progress but I’ll definitely be keeping my options open to other services.

Just adding that I can't connect to the correct One America yet to see my retirement funds either. As others have stated, the proper link should be https://www.oneamerica.com/login. Is this still an issue that's being looked into?

I'll also add to this frustration. Not sure why this is such an issue. I've experimented with three other services and they can all easily connect without issue. While I really want to like Simplify, it doesn't do much good if you can't get your data in. Frustrating.

Is there a reason that after four years, this still hasn't been fixed? What are we paying for here?

I’m a new user since mint closed and am having thus same issue. It seems like an easy fix but if it hasn’t been fixed this long doesn't seem like Simplfi will work for me. Is this fix on a development timeline?

Isn't it just about correcting the institution's URL to https://www.oneamerica.com/login?
Or does this require cooperation from One America and that's where the hold up is?
