Recurring Credit Card Payments use balance due

For recurring credit card payments setup as bills, can the bill amount be taken from the credit card's last closing balance or minimum balance due?

With the addition of Bill Connect, our Users now have the ability to select the Total Amount Due or the Minimum Amount Due for connected Credit Card Bills.
