How stop Simplifi from auto adding upcoming reminders

I logged into Simplifi to find that my upcoming reminders is full of reminders I did not add. How do I stop this nonsense? Thanks!

    @Boydston, are you talking about the ‘Notifications’ or the’ Upcoming’ module?  Also, are you talking about the Web App or the Mobile App?

     If you're talking about Notifications, go to Settings > Notifications to tweak what pings you and where.
