Thank you for reporting this behavior to the Community, although I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing a balance discrepancy on a manual account in Simplifi.
Since the account was deleted, there won't be a whole lot further we can do from our end. However, if something like this pops up on the Mobile App again, the best thing to do would be to check the Web App to see if the issue is also present there. If it's not, you'd then want to sign out and back into the Mobile App, or even perform an uninstall/reinstall to see if doing so clears things up. If the issue persists after doing so, or if it's also present on the Web App, then we'd want to take a closer look.
We haven't received any additional reports of manual account balance discrepancies that I'm aware of, so I don't think the issues from before are still occurring.
