Issues with creating a recurring series from a transaction

    Attempting to create a recurring series from an existing transaction is also unreliable. I tried several times - unsuccessfully - to create a recurring series for SiriusXM. When I selected the transaction, Simplifi built the series using information for a completely different transaction for Burger King.

    Thank you for reporting this issue to the Community, although I apologize that you're experiencing this behavior when attempting to create a Recurring Series from a transaction. 

    To clarify, did this just occur with that one transaction, or have you seen the behavior occur with multiple transactions? Hopefully this was just a one-off for that one transaction and things are working properly for you now, however, please be sure to let us know if this is reoccurring behavior.
