How to fix Macy's FDP-102 error

I have a Macy's charge card (only can be used at a Macy's store, not externally) that I access through Macys.com. I used to have no problems syncing this card, but it has thrown errors for several weeks now.

The error I receive is:

We are unable to connect to Macy's Credit Card at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-102

This happens at various times of the day, and various days of the week.

    Thank you for taking the time to post to the Community regarding this issue, although I apologize that you're experiencing difficulties connecting to Macy's Credit Card in Simplifi.

    A 102 error indicates that the bank is temporarily blocking or throttling connection traffic. Since these errors usually self-resolve, we want to allow at least 48 hours for the issue to clear up. When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see that the error has just been occurring today. With that said, you'll want to allow some time and then let us know if the issue is still occurring toward the end of the week.
