Unexpected behavior - transfer/payment/refund

I made a cc payment today and it showed up in Simplifi as a refund. Simplifi seemingly randomly created a refund from Home Depot. I proceeded to make the corrention to the transaction in the cc register but the refund entry remains in the completed refund section. This doesn't appear to cause any issues that I can tell, but it was a bit odd and has never happened before. Just wanted to pass this along for any issue that may need to be addressed. Originally "Online Payment, Thank You" was "Home Depot". This is the Refund entry after making changes in the account registry.

    Hello @DannyB,

    Thanks for reporting this to the Community — very strange!

    Hopefully what you experienced was just a one-time glitch. I'd suggest deleting the Refund from the Refund Tracker and then making any changes to the transaction that are needed so everything is correct in Simplifi. Be sure to keep an eye on things from there and let us know if the issue reoccurs. 🙂
