Add a 'Split' option to the Category dropdown menu (edited)

when you are on the category field and you hit the drop down it would be nice if split was an option at the top in the drop down vs having to go to the 3 dots and picking it. When the category is already split hitting this field opens the split transaction screen so adding the option there when not category has been selected makes it more consistent.
